Csign Sports has developed a hockey mat with 3D obstacles to train your stick handling, speed and skill in small spaces. We offer this training tool to hockey clubs in the form of Skillparks. The available space and budget are leading in the realisation of a customised Csign Sports Skill park.
If desired, the parks can be executed in club colours!
The sport of hockey is becoming more and more technical and fast-paced. 3D techniques, lifting techniques, dragging techniques and a large number of passing moves must nowadays be part of the ‘skill-set’ of the ambitious hockey player. These skills require practice, take time and specialised training. To facilitate this, we have developed various SkillParks.
We will be happy to talk to you about the possibilities.
By learning early on how to turn, turn, zig-zag, jump, do relays, etc., children learn to move in various ways. The skill park has all these disciplines. This can be done with or without a stick.
In doubt about the right stick length? No problem at all! The size chart below can be used as a guideline for choosing the right field hockey stick.
The length of a stick is especially important for children. With a stick which is too long it is very difficult to master the technique. With a stick that is too short, the striking power is reduced and there is a big chance that you take the wrong position.
In the table below you can find the length of the stick in relation to the length of a child. The stick lengths are indicated in inches.
In de onderstaande tabel vind je de lengte van de stick in relatie tot de lengte van een kind. De sticklengtes worden aangeduid in inches.
