Walk over the dots

A great exercise for the feeling between ball and stick where you are, at the same time, being trained to look over your stick. Challenge yourself by walking backwards or close your eyes while doing it!

Lift the ball on your stick and walk over the dots. Keep your hand a little further apart from each other, this makes it easier to keep lifting the ball.
