A great exercise to practice keeping control over ball and stick and to keep overview. You can also walk forward between the dots. Try and combine walking forwards and backwards. Challenge yourself by doing a little trick every now and then.
Move the ball to your forehand and backhand between the dots. Walk backwards. Once you get the hang of it, try speeding it up.
